Today, I release my 11th book Kingfisher into the world.
This book is a cycle of 108 poems — fragments of a long journey through longing, loss, and liberation. At its core, Kingfisher explores the restless passage of a soul through countless lifetimes, carried forward by waves of desire and entanglement, only to arrive, again and again, at the edge of surrender.
The image of Pisces, forever swimming through waters both known and unknowable, was became the inspiration for this work. Through it, I sought to confront the weight of samsara, and to chart the moment when something shifts beneath the surface — when the call of freedom breaks through even the tightest net of entanglement.

Kingfisher unfolds in cycles, inviting the reader to return to its pages again and again. This is not a narrative with a beginning and an end, but a meditation that circles back on itself, like the tides it evokes. It’s a mirror of the spiritual path itself: cyclical, paradoxical, at times piercing, at times tender.
For me, it is a record of shattering all of my limitations, be it from the past, in the present and gazing into the future. For you, I hope, it may serve as a companion in those rare and difficult hours when the old self once again gives way to something vast and new…. and limitless.
With gratitude that I had the opportunity to pen this work of poetry…
