Once we have settled into a way of thinking, we do not want to change things. It is our laziness–our skill and proficiency–that keeps us stuck in patterns, habits and behaviours that we long to outgrow.
People will stay stuck even if they are miserable. They continue thinking the way that they do because it is familiar to them and they cannot bear to embrace the unfamiliar; so they reject it; they shun it; and they fear it.

Even if it was the most incredible jewel that was being offered to them; their laziness would not permit them to seize the opportunity. People want to live their lives in a state of sleepiness. A perpetual sleepiness where they never wake up and never awaken. Such a life is wasted for one’s potential is never unearthed.
Life is not meant to be lived in a state of tension. The tension is entirely in your mind. To embrace life with ease; without tension; that is not laziness; it is fruition.
Our birthright in this world is simple. It is so simple that it is ordinary.
The one who has discovered herself knows who she was born to be. She does not allow any external circumstance to shake the mind off its original course.
This journey is simple. It is extraordinary. It is luminosity.
