Meditation is the practise of transforming from within. It is when we transfer our energy from focusing on the external world and move inwards. Once we begin meditating, even the ordinary takes on extraordinary significance for we see how carefully our Maker has orchestrated each moment of our lives.

The mind is like a river, eternally inconsistent. But there is a hidden harmony to this river. It eventually reaches the ocean: its origin point and its destination after its long travels. The river is forever moving towards the ocean. It never ever fails to arrive at its destination.
So why are you worrying about where you’re going?
As your meditation practise grows deeper, as you identify less with your inconsistent thoughts (the river) and more with your eventual destination (the ocean), your reality emerges as Shiva consciousness.
Medicine heals the physical body. We need it. Meditation heals the mind. Both possess tremendous healing powers. To be healed is to return to wholeness. Meditation can heal and make you whole again.
Shiva consciousness is when you realise that you are beautiful and perfect as you are. Nothing in your life is missing. You are exactly what existence wanted you to be.
You are the river realising your potential.
